Havening enables you to cultivate real changes in your brain

through a combination of touch and guided brain games,

Stress Management And Resilience Training

--8-10 week course

--teaches you how g
ood physical and mental health and resilience involve body, brain, mind as well as relationships with those around you.

--T
eaches the why and the how of managing stress, increasing calm and well-being so you can:

       -protect your long-term health,
       -improve relationships,
       -and increase your resilience
.
 

Engaging classes include lectures and presentations, group or pair work, and
practicing various stress-reducing techniques. 

You will learn:
 

-mind-body
science of stress and resiliency,

-
importance of exercise, nutrition and good sleep
-
useful tricks for evoking your relaxation response whenever you want or need it most.

-Includes weekly practices in cognitive reappraisal, breath work, 
meditation. 

-Suitable for groups of 10 up to 24. Live online or can be held at your facility in the Waltham/greater MetroBoston area.


-This SMART program was developed at the Benson-Henry Institute of Mind Body Medicine (BHI), an MGH/ Harvard Medical School affiliate.
